The Necessitous Foundation was organized to improve the prosperity of disadvantaged youths (including those with Special Needs and Disabilities), young women, socioeconomically low-income and minority students in academia institutions in underprivileged communities and to increase their awareness of careers in the disciplines of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) by working with small businesses and CBOs (Community Based Organizations) to provide outreach and referral services that fosters community awareness, development and involvement.

The Necessitous Foundation supports the expansion and implementation of an excellent multidisciplinary curricula through an interchange of ideas between Chief Educators, content experts and The Necessitous Foundation which enables under-serviced districts, communities and regions to strengthen their existence and existing teaching programs by hiring and providing more senior content specialist and research development support from a strong team dedicated to improving curriculum and enhanced STEM related research capacities within academia circlets.

In today’s economy, more than ever, all young people need to be competent in core academic subjects; however, they also need to acquire a wide range of other skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, communications and information technology skills; financial literacy; global awareness (Green Powered Technology/Solutions); and life skills such as leadership, adaptability and personal and social responsibility – all of which can be acquired by applying STEM into the regular curricular at academia institutions for students since STEM programs inspire, motivate, cultivate a culture of learning and a sense of self-efficacy and facilitate access to key resources and relevant supports from Chief Educators, nonprofits and The Necessitous Foundation.
